Trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families across Florida.

If anxiety feels constant, relationships feel strained, or past experiences still live in your body, therapy can be a place to slow down, feel supported, and begin healing safely.

All sessions are offered virtually, serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families throughout Florida.

You’re Not “Too Much.” You’re Human.

Many of the people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. Therapy is a space where we gently make sense of what’s happening — both emotionally and physically — without judgment. You might be experiencing:

  • Anxiety that won’t quiet down

  • Feeling constantly on edge or unable to fully relax

  • Trauma that still feels present

  • Panic attacks or Mood Swings

  • High-achiever stress and burnout

  • Grief or complicated loss

  • Parenting challenges

  • A sense of disconnection from your body or emotions

Counseling for Every Stage of Life

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I work with individuals and families across different stages of life.

  • Adult woman sitting thoughtfully outdoors, representing personal growth

    Individual Therapy

A space for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, grief, or major life transitions. Together, we work to increase emotional regulation, build awareness of patterns in both mind and body, and create lasting change.

  • Couple embracing and connecting during a moment of closeness and support

    Couples & Marriage Therapy

Support for couples experiencing disconnection, conflict, or life transitions. Sessions focus on safety, communication, and rebuilding trust — while also understanding how stress and past experiences may be impacting each partner’s responses.

  • Family spending time together, representing connection, communication, and family support

    Family & Children Therapy

Collaborative support for families navigating transitions, parenting stress, trauma, or behavioral challenges. Therapy includes both caregivers and children in ways that feel developmentally appropriate, while supporting emotional regulation within the family system.

  • Teen smiling during conversation, representing emotional support

    Preteen & Teen Therapy

Support for adolescents facing anxiety, identity development, social stress, trauma, or high-achiever pressure. Therapy balances independence with thoughtful parent involvement, while helping teens feel more grounded, understood, and supported.

  • Young adult navigating daily life and personal growth during a life transition

    Young Adult Therapy

Guidance for young adults navigating college, career stress, relationships, identity, and emotional overwhelm — while building confidence, self-trust, and a stronger sense of connection to themselves.

How We Can Work Together

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming. The process is designed to be simple and supportive from the start, with a focus on helping you feel grounded and at ease.

My Approach

Healing happens when your nervous system feels safe enough to process and integrate what you’ve experienced.

My work is trauma-informed and somatic, meaning we pay attention to how experiences are held not just in thoughts, but in the body and nervous system.

I draw from evidence-based and experiential approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and relationship-focused models, tailoring each session to your unique needs.

Sessions are paced thoughtfully and collaboratively. You won’t be pushed faster than your system is ready.
